Hi. Overall trip to Ladakh was good. Please dont refer Hotel Shaolin to any other person. Else all are good. 4/5 star. 1 star is only because of Hotel Shaolin

It was a great trip and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Trip coordinator Kishan helped us through out the trip over phone. Hotel service was good. Thanks Bharat Booking team. some suggestion: Make sure that Taxi drivers should some interest in customer's trip and should work as guide.
Services are good except taxi service. Driver was native and he knows make fool to customer. He drops you to those locations where be has some links and customers will be charged highly for availing service (shopping/outdoor lunch etc). Over all experience from bharat booking was good.
Appreciate the effort of the team who were ready to help at any point of time. Need to pick the best drivers who shall be good in communication. Also same applies with hotels. However hotels were really good. But still that can be improved. But really appreciate the customer support team. Thank you

The service was very good and all process of booking to confirmation was simple and very well communication in timely manner. The hotel stay in Udaipur was good but the rooms inMt Abu were very small for 3 people. Driver was excellent and he was very helpful and supportive of all our request.
We had quite good trip with Bharat booking holiday to Darjeeling and sikkim. The whole trip was arranged and planned well. We got good time at every placed and most of the popular and nice places and sightseeing were included in our package. The memeber of the company have been in touch and helpful thorough out the trip and guided us and serves us to their fullest. The hotels arranged were good by rooms, food, location and hospitality. The vehicles arranged for us were in good condition , safe , well managedand drivers were helpful, polite and friendly. Over all we got a had a great trip with BHARAT BOOKING.
I recently toured with BBH to Manali Shimla and amritsar.all there arrangements were good. they given prompt response to all queries.as for improvement I have suggested them to advise there tie up hotels in Shimla to install fans in there rooms as it is warm in summer season in Shimla.I would recommend people can plan there trip with BBH for good experience.
The hotel and the taxi booked by the Agency were as per the request. Personnel from the Agency were in constant touch with us. The tour plan was more or less okay. However, a coordination between Bharat Booking and the Travel agent (taxi provider) would have saved our time and energy. It is suggested that the Company should prepare the route chart in close coordination with the client and the taxi provider. Secondly, the payment policy of Bharat Booking requires 50% advance i.e. before the trip and payment of the remaining amount on the day of arrival at the hotel. It was expected that the balance payment will be demanded at the end of the tour.
