Welcome to Valley Of Kashmir (Houseboat) (1 Night)

Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport our executive will receive you with warm welcome. Our representative will escort you to Houseboat, check into the Houseboat and have some rest. After having some rest you will be escort to visit famous Mughal Gardens like Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden, Chashma Shahi, Pari Mahal/ Shakar Acharya Temple. Later you will be escort back to houseboat. Evening is free leisure time. At night have some delicious dinner and stay overnight at the houseboat in Srinagar. Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir is located in the heart of the Kashmir valley at an altitude of 1,730 m above sea level. Spread on both sides of the river Jhelum the city is famous for its natural beauty, gardens, waterfronts and houseboats. Srinagar is called the city of lakes and the Venice of the East, fascinating tourists from centuries with its beautiful picturesque Himalayan backdrop, glittering lakes that are surrounded by houseboats and Shikara and the majesty of Mughal architecture. The very absence of order in the location of the houses and their tumbled down appearance add a peculiar charm to the scenery. In morning have a healthy breakfast at houseboat then check out from the houseboat of Srinagar. Check into the hotel in Srinagar. Today you will be taking a day tour to Gulmarg. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course with 18 holes. If weather permits one can also have the view of Nanga Parbat, the naked mountain that is over 26,000 feet’s and dominates the entire region, Full day leisure visit around amazing scenery of Gulmarg and visit to Aparwath by Asia’s largest cable car (Gondola ticket at Your Own).Have Two Phases Namely Gulmarg To Kungdoor (Phase I) Kungdoor To Affarwat (Phase II). By evening you will be escort back to Srinagar, reach in Srinagar hotel, and have some rest. At night have a dinner and stay overnight at hotel of Srinagar. NOTE: During Winters our vehicle will drop and pick you up at Tangmarg car stand, client has to pay directly snow cab Chain Sumo on sharing basis from Tangmarg to Gulmarg and for local convenience one has to rely on Poneys and ATV rides payable directly to explore other places in Gulmarg.

This place is famous for its rich scenic beauty, healthy climate, vast meadows, adventure tourism and its breathtaking views. En-route, visiting the saffron fields of pampore, Awantipura Ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by the King Avantivarman), view of picturesque mountains and the Lidder river while on the way to Pahalgam, Drive through the pine forests, local sightseeing around awesome scenery of Pahalgam and mind relaxing view of river Lidder. By evening you will be escort back to Srinagar hotel and have some rest. At night have a dinner and stay overnight at the hotel in Srinagar. NOTE: Aru Valley / Betaab Valley and Chandanwari trip at Pahalgam (as this sightseeing is done by Local taxi Stand at Pahalgam only and is on direct payment basis).

By evening you will be escort back to Srinagar hotel have some rest. At night have a dinner and stay overnight at the hotel in Srinagar. NOTE: The vehicle will drop and pick you up at Sonmarg car stand. At Sonmarg Thajiwas Glacier trip (as this sightseeing is done by local taxi stand at Sonmarg only or by ponies and is on direct payment basis).

Cancellation Policy

  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
  • Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
  • No show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
  • In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
