Day 1 / (Shillong)
Guwahati Airport / Rly Station – Shillong (100 kms / 03 hrs.) (1 Night)

Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport/ Railway station, our executive will receive you with warm welcome. Shillong is called 'Scotland of the East". Enroute visit Umium Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. You will be taking to your Shillong. Reach in hotel, check into the hotel and have some rest. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel in Shillong.

Day 2 / (Shillong)
Excursion to Cherrapunjee (60 kms / 2-3 hrs. One Way) (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Shillong’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Cherrapunjee. Drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world. You will see the beautiful waterfall known as Nohkalikai. You can also explore the caves known as Mawsmai. Evening return to Shillong, enroute visit Elephant falls and Shillong peak for some breathtaking views. By evening you will be escort back to hotel and have some rest. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Shillong.

Day 3 / (Shillong)
Excursion to Jowai (110 kms / 4-5 hrs. One Way) (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Shillong’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Jowai. Start full day excursion to Jowai, headquarters of the Jaintia Hills district is situated 66 Kms away from Shillong, along the Shillong-Silchar national highway. A picturesque town circled by the majestic Myntdu River. Jowai was the summer capital of the Jaintia Kings, of Sutnga State. You will visit India's most magical waterfall - Krang Suri, Meghalaya. A moment of silence to acknowledge how beautiful this waterfall is! Later drive to Tryshi Waterfalls, A bridge connects the waterfall's surroundings with an expanse of green paddy fields. A breathtaking panoramic view of the Pynthor Nein is visible from the bridge. Next you will stop at Thadlaskein Lake where you can enjoy boating. Afternoon proceed to The Nartiang menhir measure 27 feet in height above the ground, 6 feet in breadth and 2 feet 6 inches in thickness. The monoliths represent the megalithic culture of the Hynniewtrep people. A 500 Years old temple of Durga is another attraction at Nartiang. By evening you will be escort back to hotel and have some rest. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Shillong.

Day 4 / (Shillong)
Mawlynnong Sightseeing (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Shillong’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Mawlynnong Sightseeing. Drive to Mawlynnong – “Asia’s Cleanest Village”. Mawlynnong offers many interesting sights such as the living root bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another small rock. Later proceed to Dawki, a small town near India Bangladesh border. Enjoy breathtaking view of the Umangot River. By evening you will be escort back to hotel and have some rest. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Shillong.

Shillong – Guwahati Airport / Rly Station (100 kms / 03 hrs.) (1 Night)

  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
  • VIP Darshan in Kamakhya Temple Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
  • Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, porterage.
  • Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

Payment Policy

  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
  • Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
  • No show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
  • In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Cancellation Policy

  • All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.
  • Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
  • The packages offered by Bharat Booking Holidays can be customized according to guest’s wish.
  • To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
  • Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
  • Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
  • Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
