Day 1 / (Jammu)
Jammu – Pahalgam (1 Night)

Arrival at Jammu Railway Station/Airport and transfer to Pahalgam, one of the most scenic destinations in Kashmir. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. Evening at leisure. Overnight: Pahalgam

Day 2 / (Pahalgam)
Pahalgam – Chandanwari – Sheshnag (1 Night)

After an early breakfast, proceed towards Chandanwari, the starting point of the traditional Amarnath trekking route. Begin the pilgrimage towards Sheshnag via Pissu Top. The journey includes scenic mountain landscapes and designated camping areas. Overnight: Sheshnag Camp

Day 3 / (Sheshnag)
Sheshnag – Panchtarni – Amarnath Cave – Baltal (1 Night)

Early morning departure from Sheshnag towards Panchtarni, followed by the final journey to the Holy Amarnath Cave for Darshan. After Darshan, proceed towards Baltal, subject to weather, security and route conditions. Overnight: Baltal Camp/Hotel

Day 4 / (Baltal)
Baltal – Srinagar (1 Night)

After breakfast, depart Baltal and proceed to Srinagar. Check in to the hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure. Optional evening Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Overnight: Srinagar

Day 5 / (Srinagar)
Srinagar - Sightseeing (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour covering the famous Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh, subject to operational conditions. Evening at leisure. Overnight: Srinagar

Day 6 / (Srinagar)
Srinagar – Jammu / Departure (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for your onward journey to Jammu Railway Station/Airport or Srinagar Airport, as per your travel arrangements. Tour Ends with Beautiful Memories of the Amarnath Yatra.

Inclusions
  • 05 nights accommodation as per the itinerary:
  • Daily breakfast and dinner at the respective hotels/camps.
  • All transfers and sightseeing by suitable private vehicle as per the itinerary.
  • Jammu Railway Station/Airport – Pahalgam transfer on arrival.
  • Pahalgam – Chandanwari transfer by local/authorized vehicle, as applicable.
  • Transfers from Baltal – Srinagar and Srinagar – Jammu/Srinagar Airport as per the itinerary.
  • Sightseeing in Srinagar covering Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh and other places specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Accommodation/camping at designated Yatra locations, subject to availability and prevailing Shri Amarnath Yatra arrangements.
  • Assistance with Yatra-related formalities and documentation, wherever applicable and subject to availability.
  • Driver allowance, fuel, parking and applicable road taxes for the included vehicle services.
  • All applicable sightseeing and transfers specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
Exclusions
  • Amarnath Yatra registration, permit, RFID card, medical certificate or other mandatory charges, if applicable.
  • Helicopter tickets for the Amarnath Yatra.
  • Pony/horse, palki/doli, porter or other personal trekking assistance charges.
  • Any local transportation, shuttle or union vehicle charges not specifically mentioned under inclusions.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, beverages, snacks, shopping and tips.
  • Lunches and meals other than those specifically mentioned in the package.
  • Shikara ride on Dal Lake, as it is mentioned as an optional activity.
  • Entry fees to gardens, monuments, museums or other attractions, wherever applicable.
  • Camera/video charges, guide charges and other optional activity charges.
  • Travel insurance, medical expenses, medicines and emergency evacuation expenses.
  • Any additional accommodation or meals arising from weather-related delays, road closures, security restrictions, medical emergencies or changes in the Yatra schedule.
  • Expenses arising due to landslides, heavy rainfall, snowfall, floods, roadblocks, strikes, natural calamities, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond the operator's control.
  • Any additional transportation or accommodation required due to changes in the official Amarnath Yatra route, timings, security arrangements or operational conditions.
  • Airfare, railway tickets or any transportation not specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
  • GST or other applicable government taxes, if not included in the quoted package price.
  • Any service, activity or expense not specifically mentioned under the “Inclusions” section.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
