Delhi to Manali (1 Night)

Today, your escort-cum-driver will pick you up from Delhi in a private cab and begin the scenic journey towards the “Valley of the Gods” – Manali. Enjoy the drive through the majestic mountains and picturesque valleys. Upon arrival in Manali, check in to your pre-booked hotel for a warm welcome and a delicious dinner. Rest and relax with an overnight stay at the hotel.

Manali Local City Tour (1 Night)

Wake up to the serene beauty of Manali and begin your day with a hearty breakfast. Proceed for a local sightseeing tour that includes a visit to the revered Hadimba Devi Temple along with the nearby Ghatotkacha Temple. Later, head to the Club House to enjoy indoor games and activities. Continue your tour with a visit to the Tibetan Monastery, followed by a relaxing dip in the hot water springs of Vashisht, known for their therapeutic properties (don’t forget to carry a towel). Across from the springs are ancient temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Ram. In the evening, explore the vibrant Mall Road, indulge in local shopping, and sample some authentic Himachali cuisine. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Solang Valley Sightseeing (1 Night)

After breakfast, get ready for an adventurous day at Solang Valley. Known for its stunning landscapes and thrilling outdoor activities, Solang offers something for every adventure enthusiast. Here, you can enjoy paragliding, zorbing, ATV rides, horse riding, trail walks, and much more. Before participating in any activity, ensure you are briefed on safety instructions and follow all necessary precautions. After a fun-filled day, return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Manali to Delhi Departure (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your return journey to Delhi. Upon arrival, we will drop you at Delhi Airport or Railway Station, marking the end of your memorable Manali trip.

  • MAP Meal Plan- Daily breakfast & dinner at all places (i.e. total 3 each) Starting with Dinner & ending with Breakfast on Last Day as per itinerary. 
  • Transfers & sightseeing by AC vehicle (Tempo Traveler) as per the itinerary. Note & A/C will not be operated in hilly areas; still the guest wants to use AC in hilly areas, supplement cost payable directly to the driver.
  • Transfer taxes, parking, fuel & driver charges.

  • Winter 4X4 Jeep Charge Extra.In the event of snowfall causing poor or blocked road conditions, where conventional vehicles may be unable to reach the destination, it is imperative to use a 4x4 jeep for transportation. Additional charges apply for the use of a 4x4 jeep in such circumstances.
  • 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
