Day 1 / (Leh)
Leh Arrival (1 Night)

Arrival at Leh Airport, to be received by our representative and transferred to the pre – booked Hotel. Check in to the hotel for a complete day of rest and acclimatization. Welcome tea and coffee will be served by the Hotel. Later, on your own explore the Leh Market by own. Overnight will be at the Hotel.

Day 2 / (Leh)
Leh Local Sightseeing (1 Night)

After breakfast cover the spots in and around Leh. Major tourist attractions to cover will be Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, Magnetic Hill and Sangam point of Indus and Zanskar River, Gurudwara Pather Sahib and hall of fame museum and Local Market. Return to the hotel for Overnight stay. Leh is the most well-known city of Ladakh. Surrounded by towering mountain ranges and serene lakes, it offers a very different tourism experience to visitors. Later, back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 / (Pangong)
Leh to Pangong (1 Night)

After an early Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake (14,500 ft), through Changla Pass at 17,350 ft. It is the Third Highest Motor-able Road in the World. Arriving at Pangong, it is the Highest Salt Water Lake in the World, shared by two countries: India and China. Enjoy the beauty of the lake on the Banks of Pangong while getting mesmerized by the Changing Colors of the Lake. Later leave for the Camp-site for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 / (Leh)
Pangong to Leh Return (1 Night)

Wake up and have breakfast in the Serenity of this beautiful place. Later on back to Leh. Upon arrival check-in to the pre booked hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Leh Departure (1 Night)

Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel and get transferred to the Leh Airport for onward journey. We at Bharat Booking Holidays wish and hope to join you again in creating memorable moments and memories.

  • Hotel/ Camp accommodation for 12 to 60 persons in 4 to 20 Triple/Quad sharing Rooms for 04 Nights (Base category room of the Hotel/ Camp)
  • MAP Meal Plan- Daily breakfast & dinner at all places (i.e. total 4 each) Starting with Dinner & ending with Breakfast on Last Day as per itinerary
  • Transfers & sightseeing by Non AC vehicle (Cab Tempo Traveler) as per the itinerary. Note & A/C will not be operated in hilly areas; still the guest wants to use AC in hilly areas, supplement cost payable directly to the driver.
  • Transfer taxes, parking, fuel & driver charges.
  • All applicable taxes except GST.
Exclusions
  • Adventure Activities - Safari, Rides, Surfing, Paragliding etc.
  • Inner line Permits for each traveler.
  • Any Extra services - Permits, Volvo Luggage Charges, Heater, Meals etc
  • Anything else not listed in above details.
  • 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
